Speech-Language Pathologist

We are:

A small, thriving, family-owned private practice located in Needham Heights, MA, just steps from the MBTA Needham Line. We provide speech-language, literacy, and academic support services to K-12 and college-age students whose school success is hindered by challenges in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and/or executive functions.

We bridge gaps in students’ skills and teach them more effective strategies, systems, and habits so they are able to tackle what comes their way in school and life with confidence.

You are:

  • A top-notch Speech-Language Pathologist who wants to join a team of talented and collaborative professionals who love what they do.
  • Licensed in Massachusetts or a state that has licensure reciprocity.
  • Able to design and deliver high-quality assessments and curriculum-related instruction and intervention.
  • Committed to helping parents, teachers, school teams, and related professionals maximize what students can do in school and at home.
  • Committed to professional growth and providing evidence-based instruction.
  • Comfortable working with students of all ages face-to-face and virtually.

The Role:

  • Position: Full-time with vacation, healthcare, continuing education, and retirement benefits.
  • Salary Range: $65k-$75k, commensurate with experience.
  • Academic Year Schedule: Mon-Thurs, two days 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and two days 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Fri, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Summer Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
