"I want to share with you how impressed I am with how Pam is facing her first English session of the MCAS. She spent the evening reviewing the notes you
gave her on Tuesday and looking up old MCAS questions on the internet (all
without any prodding on my part!). She
then decided to go to bed earlier to get a good night of sleep, but did not
seem nervous nor concerned. She was
thrilled to learn from her school councilor that she could use the EmPOWER Brain
Frames chart during her test as part of her 504 plan. In the morning she was focused but at the same
time relaxed, cheerful, and confident.
"I want to let you know how happy we are to be receiving care at Architects For Learning. Olivia is incredible. She is always so positive and happy to see my children each week. My son adores Anya. After meeting him two times, she thoroughly identified his problem areas -- something that has taken others a long time to see because he can mask his difficulties so well! Each activity is so carefully picked to target the treatement goals and executed in such a child friendly way. As a mother, it makes me feel so much hopeful about my son's future. Thank you again for creating such a wonderful center. We are eternally grateful."

8th grade student: "When I took the MCAS on Monday and Tuesday, it was the first time I really felt competent, confident, and able to do it. For the first time ever, I thought the writing was the easy part. It's all because of you guys. Hugs for everyone!" (Then he gave us all hugs. It was awesome!)High school student: "Thank God for Bonnie making EmPOWER! What would I do without it?"
Note from an 8th grader: "I took the SAT a few weeks ago and got my scores back. You're going to love them! Writing 650, Reading 630, Math 800, Essay 9/12. And this test is for 12 graders! This is because of AFL."
